At Elle & Reid, we don’t just consult. We design, engineer, and scale fashion brands with the precision of global labels and the creativity of visionary founders. Based in Los Angeles and led by Lauren Jones, Elle & Reid exists for fashion entrepreneurs who are serious about building businesses designed to last.
A Career Built on Fashion Excellence
Lauren Jones has spent over 20 years inside the world of high-performance and high-fashion brands, designing for and scaling industry leaders including Adidas, Reebok, Fabletics, and Juicy Couture. Her work has been worn by global icons such as Kobe Bryant, Kevin Hart, Teyana Taylor, Justin Bieber, and Yara Shahidi. She holds a U.S. design patent, and her collections have merged innovation, style, and commercial success.
Her journey began in Boston, where her love for design led her to Iowa State University to study Apparel, Merchandise, Design & Production, followed by advanced studies at the prestigious London College of Fashion. From there, her career expanded globally, shaping collections for some of the world’s most influential brands.

After decades of designing for gloabal brands, Lauren recognized a critical gap: many founders with vision — whether pre-launch or already generating significant revenue — lacked the structure, systems, and strategy required to scale with confidence. Elle & Reid was created to fill that gap.
